How to Deploy NexusAI for Your Firm

Follow these steps after signing in above.

   Sign in with Microsoft above

   Accept the Terms of Service and click "Sign in with Microsoft." Use the same Microsoft account you use for work — no new passwords needed.

   Create your company profile

   Once signed in, click "Create Company." Enter your firm's name and email domain (e.g. acmecorp.com). Your admin email is filled in automatically. Click "Create Company" to continue.

   Founders Program pricing: $100/user/month (50% off) locked in for 12 months.

   Purchase seats

   You'll be taken to a secure Stripe checkout page. Select the number of seats your team needs and complete payment. You'll return to the dashboard automatically when done.

   Invite your team

   Go to the Users tab and click "Invite Users." Paste your team's email addresses — one per line. Select a role (User for most staff), add an optional personal message, then click Send.

   Emails must match your company domain. User, Admin + User, and Company Admin + User roles each consume a seat.

   Team members accept their invitation

   Each person receives an email with an "Accept Invitation" button. One click creates their account and ties it to your firm's license. Invitations expire after 7 days.

6. 6

   Install the add-in and pair from the web

   Download and run the NexusAI installer on each workstation. Users open Revit (the add-in starts automatically), then sign in here on the web — NexusAI pairs the workstation automatically. No sign-in happens inside Revit.

   Each user's workstation is bound to their account when they pair (see Machine Bindings below).
